The Fool

The Fool is the first or the last card in the Tarot deck. It is equivalent to the joker of playing card decks. It is a trump card or part of the Major Arcana. It represents the beginning of a journey. There is a childlike innocence and faith in this card. The hero stars off his journey with hopeful enthusiasm. 

The path The Fool is walking upon has not been fully mapped out. An inherent risk is part of any new venture. This risk is symbolized by the cliff which appears beneath The Fool's feet. 

This is the card associated with the 11th path in Kabbalistic path-working. It contains 2 symbols. A hat with a feather and a staff. In the hero's hand we can also see a rose.This is a good card to meditate on when you are experiencing fear issues.

Fortune

I have started working with the Thoth Tarot deck. This deck was designed by Aleister Crowley. The beautiful artwork was painted by Lady Frieda Harris. This deck was missing for the longest time. I moved a bureau out into the hall and found it on the floor. 

Today's card is Jupiter. It is the 10th card in the deck. It is a major arcana card. Jupiter is the planet associated with this card. Jupiter is known as the greater fortune. This would seem to be a fortuitous card to have appear in a reading.

Wheel Of Fortune

This card is very positive in a reading if it is about money. Money is one issue this card will guarantee. This card reflects changes occurring in your life. These changes will bring forth stability. You will note that there are pictures on the card related to the fixed signs in the zodiac. The fixed signs suggest stability. 

Pensions, jobs, and other opportunities are on their way. The wheels of fate are turning in your favor. This is a good time to go ahead with any new opportunities.

The 5 of Pentacles card suggests potential damage on a financial or physical level. The number 5 is associated with disruption in the tarot. This could manifest as job loss, survival struggles, ill health, poor finances, and other negative experiences on a material level. The pentacles suit is related to the element of earth. You might be abusing your body at this time. This card could be a signal to take better care of your health. This card can also signify a lack of support from the people around us. We may feel very vulnerable and alone at this time.

The Hermit

The Hermit is the 9th card in the major arcana. There are many ideas associated with this card. Isolation is suggested by the lone, grey cloaked figure. He carries a lamp in one hand and a staff in the other. This is how it is represented in most decks.

There are different ways to interpret this card. It can suggest a need to withdraw from our social lives. It can be that you need to spend time learning from yourself. It can also suggest that you have spent some time alone and have knowledge to share.

This card can also suggest the appearance of a older and wiser person in our lives. This would be somebody with a lot of experience which we can learn from. The hermit integrates knowledge gained in the outer world. He applies this knowledge to himself in order to grow.

Temperance

The temperance card is the 14th card of the Major Arcana. I have been using this card recently in my meditations. This card is said to help a person become more moderate. This card is associated with the 25th path in Kabbalistic Pathworking. There are many concepts related to this card.
